Dog-Friendly Adventures in the Malvern Hills: Perfect Days Out for You and Your Pooch!
If you’re dreaming of a family-friendly getaway or a romantic escape with your four-legged best friend, look no further than the stunning Malvern Hills. Known for their rolling green landscapes, breathtaking vistas, and charming villages, the Malvern Hills are a paradise for outdoor lovers — and even better, they’re super dog-friendly! At our glampsite, we’re proud to be a haven for pets and their humans, offering secure gardens, pet treats, and even a dog spa station. So, leash up your pup and let’s explore all the fun activities waiting for you both!
1. Trail Blazing Through the Hills
The Malvern Hills boast a network of scenic walking trails suited for dogs of all ages and energy levels. From the iconic Worcestershire Beacon to the peaceful woodland paths, your furry friend can enjoy sniffing, exploring, and making new friends along the way. Remember, with our secure garden boundaries, your dog can’t escape — so you can relax and let them roam freely before or after your adventures.

2. Dog-Friendly Picnic Spots
Pack a picnic and head to Castlemorton Common or one of the many dog-friendly spots nestled amidst the hills. The views are spectacular, and your pooch can stretch out on the grass while you enjoy your sandwiches. Don’t forget to bring a water bowl and some treats (which we provide in our complimentary pet pack!) to keep your dog happy and hydrated.

3. Visit Local Villages & Pubs
Many of the charming villages surrounding the Hills welcome dogs with open arms. Stop by a cosy pub for a hearty meal or a refreshing drink — most have outdoor seating where your pup can join in the fun. Our local favourites include:
The Robin Hood in Castlemorton— a classic countryside pub with a welcoming outdoor garden, perfect for relaxing with your dog after a day out.
The Plume of Feathers in Castlemorton — another lovely spot offering outdoor seating and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
The Farmers Arms in Birtsmorton — a traditional pub with a lovely garden, great for enjoying a leisurely meal with your furry friend.
Always check the pub’s dog policy beforehand, but these places are well-known for their pet-friendly hospitality and less than 1 mile away!

4. Dog-Friendly Places to Explore
For something a bit different, check out Eastnor Deer Park and The Woodshed opposite Eastnor Castle. It’s free of charge and a fantastic spot for a dog walk and for grabbing a coffee or a snack, and dogs are welcome to relax while you enjoy the scenic surroundings. Plus, Eastnor Castle itself is worth a visit — dogs are allowed in the surrounding grounds, making for a lovely walk with stunning views and a touch of history.

5. Dog Spa & Grooming at the Glampsite
After a day of muddy puddles and woodland adventures, your pup might need a little pampering. Our dog spa station is perfect for washing muddy paws or giving your dog a relaxing bath with Faith in Nature dog shampoo. Plus, our grooming brush and towels make it easy to keep your pet looking and feeling great.

6. Nature Walks & Wildlife Watching
There are many nature walks are our doorstep. The wildflower meadows, commons and hills are teeming with wildlife — from buzzards soaring overhead to curious rabbits darting across the fields. Take a leisurely walk, keep an eye out for interesting sights, and enjoy the fresh air together. It’s the perfect way to unwind and connect with nature.
